Rabbi Eliyahu·RozenbergEliyahu Rozenberg was born in Petach-Tikvah, Israel, to Jacob·Rozenberg and Beyla Rozenberg.
Rabbi Rozenberg grew up in Bernie Black and studied at the local Lubavite school.He continued his studies at Tomchei Tmimim, the central Jewish school in Mgdal Haemek, and in New York, USA.
In 2004, Rabbi Rozenberg served as a teacher and educator at the Ozmayer School for Special Education.
Rabbi Rozenberg concurrently serves as the rabbinical representative of the Jewish rabbis of Murmansk, Russia; Zhitomir, Ukraine; Florence, Italy; Mogilev, Belarus; Miami and Florida, USA; and Caracas, Venezuela.

Rabbi Rozenberg is currently the Chief Rabbi of Guangzhou, China.
