The main contents include:
1. Establish cooperation on halal affairs, including standards, inspection, certification, scientific research exchange, education and quality system implementation of halal products and services carried out by various research institutions;
2. Mutual recognition of each other as reference bodies for halal testing standards;
3. Collaborate to develop unified or mutually recognized halal standards or guidelines to promote the common interests of Muslim consumers in both countries.
4. Each party accepts halal products certified by the other party and bearing the other party's halal logo for export to its own country;
5. Permit each other to use their names and logos as "Strategic Partners" in marketing and promotional materials and on their websites.
6. Support relevant cooperation projects initiated by various institutions;
