Recently, HFC (Halal Foundation Center) was honored to sign a mutual recognition agreement with HALAL GREECE (European Halal Certification Center in Greece) and CEHA (Center for Halal Assurance). This agreement marks another major breakthrough for HFC, following its accreditation by the International Halal Integrity Association (IHIA). Through continuous effort and dedication, HFC is gaining widespread recognition and approval from a growing number of international organizations and institutions, providing even more authoritative assurance for our clients.
The HALAL EUROPEAN CERTIFICATION CENTER (HALAL GREECE) is the only nationally accredited and recognized halal certification body in Greece. It is recognized by the internationally recognized World Halal Council (WHC) and is a member of the WHC (http://www.worldhalalcouncil.com/members). The HALAL EUROPEAN CERTIFICATION CENTER (HALAL GREECE) logo is highly respected and accepted in Muslim countries.
The Center for Halal Assurance (CEHA) is a private limited company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). It is a recognized foreign halal certification body by the International Halal Assurance Alliance (IHIA) and the exclusive national partner of Mosafer C and IHIA. (https://cehalal.com/)
CeHA operates under the guidance of its Board of Directors, a strong Shariah Advisory Committee, and its Shariah Coordinator, which includes over 20 Shariah experts from around the world. The company collaborates with various Islamic seminaries to promote halal consumption globally by providing the expertise and services of world-renowned, experienced, and capable Shariah scholars, aiming to provide the industry with complete halal product and certification solutions. CeHA brings unique qualifications and experience in both the Shariah and technical fields. CeHA's comprehensive research team, comprised of qualified nutritionists, food microbiologists, and technicians, sets it apart.
Maulana Zeesha Ali, Chairperson of the HFC's Sharia Committee, attended a conference hosted by the Center for Halal Assurance (CeHA) on November 10, 2018, at the Maisonette Hotel in Lahore, Pakistan. The conference aimed to reshape the necessary conditions for meeting halal food requirements in Pakistan, based on Shariah principles and Pakistan's PS3733 halal certification standard. "This was a fantastic learning experience for me, and through this conference, we established valuable connections with the halal industry," Zeesha Ali concluded. He also shared with the organizers and attendees HFC's mission to "ensure halal standards for all our stakeholders worldwide."
Led by a professional Shariah audit team led by Mufit, a leading authority on Islamic law, HFC International Halal Food Control Center provides comprehensive halal certification consulting, halal internal auditor training, halal production system training, halal factory audits, and international halal industry chain development services to food, pharmaceutical, daily necessities, deep processing, and complex meat product manufacturers. These services ensure that products meet stringent halal standards and withstand market scrutiny at all times.
HFC pioneered the world's first "QR Code Full Traceability System," providing 24-hour mobile self-service tracking services for companies and their customers. By scanning the unique QR code on the certificate, users can instantly access information about the company's certified products, basic company information, and visual information on key aspects of the halal production system, including raw material warehouses, production workshops, finished product warehouses, halal internal auditor training, and factory inspection reports.
The transparent and open query and traceability system helps consumers better identify the authenticity of halal products, while greatly reducing the trust cost between enterprises and the market, eliminating the mentality of individual enterprises to forge certificates at the source, improving the integrity and reputation of enterprises in the minds of consumers, and establishing a healthy, sustainable development, mutual trust and win-win market ecological environment for the halal industry.
