If you have entered into a contract with one of our subsidiaries or group companies, the controller of your data will be SINOQUAL or the company stated in the contract and any additional consent you have given.

Enter into and perform contracts with you as required. For example, if you enter into an agreement to provide or receive services from us, we will verify your identity, accept payment, communicate with you, provide customer service, and arrange the delivery of services. We require the information listed in Section 1 to enter into a contract with you; without this information, we cannot enter into a contract. Regarding sensitive information such as company formulas, SINOQUAL does not require companies to list the proportions of the formula in the formula data they provide. We only need to know the ingredients in your formula to assess whether your company meets the requirements for certification. Companies can rest assured that confidentiality and security are of paramount importance to SINOQUAL.
Our relationship with our clients is built on trust. All companies can be confident that the information they provide to SINOQUAL is kept confidential. To earn SINOQUAL's long-term professional reputation, all information will be kept confidential even if the company no longer applies for certification.
Jacob Star will not communicate or disclose any confidential information provided by any enterprise in its application materials, such as business secrets, production processes, formulas, etc. to other enterprises or partners, or use it for other profit-making purposes.
